Taniguchi Family Estate Manager
Natsuki is the granddaughter, from the second marriage, of a Dogwood Knight. A marriage that brought dishonour on the family and caused the family to have their lands taken from them. Natsuki's grandmother was an Elfen D-Bee and those things are just simply not done in Dogwood.
Eventually, though, thanks to her uncles' hard work, the family's lands were restored.
Growing up in Dogwood as a mongrel D-Bee, life wasn't easy for the woman. Dogwood society is rather rigid, after all, and she not only was a mongrel, she was a mongrel D-Bee as well. With little other prospects, Natsuki was trained in business management but the part Elf also had a love for music and art. Whilst she excelled at her 'formal' studies, she also spent years learning to play musical instruments, including the Shamisen, and painting.
Being part Elf, Natsuki has a lot of charisma and ... shall we say a string of liaisons behind her, much to the displeasure of the family.
Lady Zelda is now the head of the Taniguchi Family but she would much rather be patrolling the edges of the Western Marshes, stomping around in that antique 'Puma' chassis of hers. She needs someone to administer the estates and who better than Natsuki? Installed as the Taniguchi Factor, Natsuki oversees the Estate management in her cousins absence.
She's not too happy about that and tensions sometimes run high between the two cousins.
Mongrel Faerie Granddaughter of a Dogwood Knight
Natsuki's grandfather, a Dogwood Knight, has bought shame on their house by falling in love with, marrying and having a child with a D-Bee. After leaving his first wife for the new woman. With little prospects within the Dogwood Nobility, Natsuki has been relegated to managing the family estate.

A Scandal and D-Bee in Dogwood
It's a double whammy really. The scandal her grandfather bought on the family by leaving his wife and marrying a D-Bee. And being a partial D-Bee herself. Dogwoods residents rarely look favourably on Natsuki, when they remember what she is.
Invoke: To get people to forget, or not realise, that she's part D-Bee or forget the scandal.
Compel: When being a D-Bee is an impediment to her.
Caretaker of The Estate
With her cousin, Lady Zelda Taniguchi, being a robot jock and stomping around their section of the Western front, someone has to manage the estate. That's Natsuki's job. And she's damn good at it. But that doesn't mean she likes it - at least not all the time. Sometimes, it would be nice to be able to go stomping around in a big robot for herself! Or something.

Charisma Can Be It's Own Reward
Being part elf, Natsuki has a high degree of charisma. Whilst this is useful in negotiations, it also means that she has a string of ... liaisons ... in her past. And her future. If only to annoy her cousin, of course.
Invoke: In negotiations or social situations to confer an advantage to the Taniguchi Family or Natsuki herself.
Compel: For a 'liaison' to appear at the wrong time; or for a business colleague to be mistaken as a 'liaison'.
Gift of the Gab
Natsuki is a lover not a fighter – at least that’s what the rumours say. Her weapon isn’t a gun or lascannon, it’s words. Sharp words or sweet words, it doesn’t matter – she can generally apply them to best effect. Maybe it’s her Fae heritage that helps that.
Invoke: When a stirring oration is required or when someone really needs to be put in their place – politely.
Compel: When she finds herself tongue tied or simply bested by a verbal opponent.

Due to your Fae blood, you may learn any language quickly. With the source of the language readily available, it only takes you days to learn it. You will get the rudimentary basics right off the bat.

Your Fae ancestors are a charismatic lot and you've inherited some of it. You gain +2 to Contacts and Rapport rolls whenever you can interact personally with your target for long enough to charm them - at least a few minutes.

Eyesight and hearing are enhanced. +2 to Notice and Investigate rolls.
Hard Boiled (1)
You can choose to ignore a mild or moderate consequence for the duration of the scene. It can’t be compelled against you or invoked by your enemies. At the end of the scene it comes back worse, though; if it was a mild consequence it becomes a moderate consequence, and if it was already moderate, it becomes severe.

Natsuki goes to visit Guild House Tresmense
With aid from Vesper's Armsmen being slim, Jericho finds himself open to any other means to gain the upperhand on his father's faction, and Varos has a suggestion.
With Natsuki back in Dogwood and Jericho currently at the Taniguchi manor, Varos comes to make his report to them concerning his findings at the Trent Facility. As a bonus, he gets to meet Natsu's grandmother.
At least a few pressing concerns are alleviated when Varos goes to see how Natsuki is doing at the Restorium.
